Hi! I'm Heidi! I am a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Certified Functional Nutritional Therapist, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis Practitioner, Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Mom, Dog Lover, Foodie, Kettlebell Athlete, Lover of Self-awareness and Self-realization.
I help people all over the world heal by identifying and treating the root cause of their body imbalances with functional lab testing and by asking a lot of questions. Through nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle changes, I guide them towards wholeness and balanced lives.
Why? Because I know what it’s like to be sick and not have answers. I know what it’s like to have your own body fighting against itself. But I experienced healing, and it became my mission to help others take back their health as well.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will a HTMA test efffect my hair?
A HTMA test involves sending off a cutting of hair, but the cutting is small and we provide instruction on how to perform it discretely. It is not noticeable unless you have hair loss issues (in which case, you need this test even more).
Are there any consultations?
There are no consultations included with the standard $297 offer for Vital Balance. It is intended to provide tremendous value without consultation, but is augmented by the insight consultation provides.
How long will my consultation last?
The Vital Balance Program is released in stages.
After purchase your test will be sent. You will get access to the instructions for collection and the bonus content.
Once you complete your test, you will then have approximately a 2 week wait until your results come in. 3-5 working days later you will have your personalised report (this is virtual).
Once you have the information from your test, the Vital Balance educational materials will be unlocked allowing you to learn alongside your results.
How long will it take to feel the impact of my participation?
That depends entirely on the level of imbalance, what steps you take during and after your program and your commitment to healing. After receiving guidance, most clients can testify to positive changes within 1 month.
Does this give me the expertise to read and diagnose from HTMA tests?
No. Vital Balance gives you the right balance of general functional knowledge and personalised information to achieve balance without the much greater expense of practitioner level courses.
Will My Serivce Expire?
Yes, your service expires after 6 months. That being the case, we may honor services after expiry on a completely discretionary basis, but as standard they do expire after 6 months.
